How we work
Methodology
Inward Frame is designed to make self-exploration more structured without making claims the tools cannot support.
- 01
Psychology-informed, not diagnostic
Inward Frame uses established psychological concepts to organize reflection and explanation. It does not diagnose conditions, determine severity or replace an assessment by a qualified professional.
- 02
Assessment and Practice are different
An Assessment uses structured questions to explore recurring patterns. A Practice helps you work through a specific question or situation. Neither is presented as a clinical test.
- 03
Claims stay proportionate
We do not present unsupported percentiles, severity labels or scientific validation. Inward Frame-created frameworks are reflection aids and should not automatically be interpreted as validated psychological scales or clinical constructs. Where a page relies on a specific source or framework, references should be shown with that content.
- 04
Reflection has limits
Self-reflection tools can support clarity, but they are not substitutes for professional mental health care, medical advice or support in an emergency.
